Billing

Colorectal Surgery Associates accepts most PPO and HMO plans and ask that you confirm our participation with your insurance company prior to your visit. If you are a member of one of these plans, we will be happy to file claim on your behalf and you need only pay for your office visit or these amounts when you are seen. Our relationship as your provider is with you and not your insurance company and therefore we do ask that patients take care of their portion of what the insurance companies do not pay prior to any surgery. Our fees will be separate from the charges you may receive from the hospital or other facilities connected with your treatment. All balances will be due and payable within 30 days of receipt.

For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, or Mastercard. It remains your responsibility to pay your account in a timely manner. Please discuss any special needs you may have in the handling of your account wih our billing office.
